  • 1/4 Raw Mango, Grated
  • 0.06 cup Grated Coconut
  • 1/2 tablespoon Chopped Coriander Leaves

  • 0.13 teaspoon Mustard Seeds

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash and soak the chana dal in water for 2-3 hours.
  • STEP 2.Drain the soaked dal and cook it in a pressure cooker with water and salt until soft.
  • STEP 3.In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chana dal, grated raw mango, grated coconut, chopped coriander leaves, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 4.In a small pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 5.Add curry leaves and green chilies. Saut��� for a few seconds.
  • STEP 6.Pour the tempering over the dal mixture and mix well.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with additional coriander leaves and serve chilled as a side dish, snack, or salad.
