  • 1.50 Ian Gooseberries, Chopped
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 0.08 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 0.08 teaspoon Black Salt
  • 0.08 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 0.33 tablespoon Oil
  • 0.17 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • as required A Few Curry Leaves

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash and chop the gooseberries into small pieces.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth.
  • STEP 3.Add the chopped gooseberries, salt, and spices to the yogurt and mix well.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a small pan and add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Once they splutter, pour the tempering over the raita.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve chilled.
