  • 1/2 Pieces aloo
  • 1.25 tablespoons Ghee
  • 1.25 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1/2 pieces Elaichi
  • 1/2 pieces Bayleaves
  • 2.50 grams Kismish
  • 2.50 gram kaju
  • 1/2 pieces Batasha
  • 125 gram Milk

Directions: Alur Payesh Recipe

  • STEP 1.Peel aloos and grate
  • STEP 2.Wash the aloos
  • STEP 3.Fry the aloos with ghee bayleaves elaichi
  • STEP 4.Once brown stir with milk
  • STEP 5.When thickens , mix sugar and batasha
  • STEP 6.After 2 mins add kishmish kaju and stir for 1 min then let cool and serve
