1/2 Pieces medium size potato cut into small cubes
1 Pieces Finely chopped Green chilli
12.50 g fried peanuts
75 g Vermicelli
To Taste Salt
1/2 Tsp teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 Tsp teaspoon black pepper powder
2.50 Tbsp tablespoons mustard oil
As Required Water as needed

STEP 1.Heat water in a pot with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of mustard oil.
STEP 2.As soon as the water boils, boil it for 1 minute with semai and wash it well.
STEP 3.Now when the mustard oil is hot in the pan, fry the potatoes and green chilli in it till golden.
STEP 4.When the potatoes turn golden, mix turmeric powder, salt to taste, boiled semai and fry for 4-5 minutes, then mix well with black pepper powder and fried peanuts and serve hot.
