Ingredients for Alphonso Mango Pista Kulfi Recipe

  • 0.17 cup cup Alphonso mango
  • 0.08 cup Fresh cream
  • 0.17 cup Full cream milk
  • 0.67 tsp Sugar powder
  • 33.33 g Scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 0.08 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 0.67 tsp Finely chopped pistachio nuts

Directions: Alphonso Mango Pista Kulfi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Grind alphonso mango pieces and cardamom powder in mixer jar to make smooth paste.
  • STEP 2.Add fresh cream, sugar powder, cold milk in mango paste. Blend for 2 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Add vanilla ice cream and blend to make thick mixture. Add and mix 2 tsp finely chopped pistachio nuts.
  • STEP 4.Pour prepared mixture in kulfi mould. Sprinkle few pistachio nuts on it.
  • STEP 5.Freeze for 7-8 hours.
  • STEP 6.Enjoy relishing delicious Alphonso Mango Pista Kulfi.
