Ingredients for Aloo vadi pulao Recipe

  • 1/4 Cup rice
  • 1 Pieces amritsati vadi or any vadi
  • 3/4 Pieces potatoes
  • 0.13 Tsp turmeric powder
  • To Taste salt
  • 0.13 Tsp red chilli powder
  • 0.13 Tsp garam masala
  • 1/4 Pieces onion
  • 1/4 Pieces reen chilli
  • 1/4 Pieces bay leaf
  • 1/2 Cup water

Directions: Aloo Vadi Pulao Recipe

  • STEP 1.wash rice.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds and bay leaf.
  • STEP 3.Add sliced onion and fry.
  • STEP 4.Add vadi and fry.
  • STEP 5.Add potatoes and fry.
  • STEP 6.Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and green chilli.
  • STEP 7.Add 2 cups water. Mix and pressure cook for 2 whistles.
  • STEP 8.Aloo vadi pulao is ready.
