STEP 1.Take a bowl add besan flour some salt, add some warm oil and mix it to 5-6 min thoroughly till paste become very light
STEP 2.Now for potato stuffing take a pan or kadai add some oil heat it and add some ginger garlic paste, turmeric,Coriander powder,red chilli powder and mix it then add green chillies now add boiled potatond some salt add some garam masala and Coriander leaves and allow it to cool down
STEP 3.Now make balls of potato mixture and dip in the chickpea mixture and fry it in hot oil till it turns to golden brown serve it hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup
