  • 1.50-1.75 For aloo Tikki: Fresh boiled potatoes
  • 1/4 cup Freshly chopped coriander leaves
  • As required Spice mix Red chilli powder, Caraway powder, coriander powder
  • As required Green chillies finely chopped ; As per your taste
  • 1/4 cup Poha moist, Finely chopped ginger 1 tsp
  • 1/4 cup For aloo Tikki stuffing: Chana dal
  • 1 Cloves , Black cardamom 2, Black pepper 7 8
  • 1/2 stick Bay leaf , cinnamon 1/2 small
  • As required Ground spices like coriander, red chilli, garam masala, Salt
  • 1/2 cup For White peas: white peas, soaked and boiled with no extra water
  • 1/4 cup For Mint Chutney : Fresh green coriander leaves
  • 0.13 cup Mint leaves spinach leaves 1/2 cup, Amla
  • 1/4 piece tomatoes , Green chili 2, Ginger1 small
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam masala powder Red chilli powder, Amchur powder
  • 0.38 cup For Imli chutney : Jaggery tamarind water 2 cup
  • 1/4 teaspoon Caraway seeds Dried dates 1/2 cup chopped, Ghee 1 tsp
  • 1/2 For dahi : bowl chilled thick sweet curd
  • As required For garnishing : pomegranate seeds, Carrots and Radish grated, Fresh coriander leaves
