  • STEP 1.Boil and mash the potatoes. Add chopped onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste, and spices to the mashed potatoes. Mix well.
  • STEP 2.Shape the potato mixture into small patties and shallow fry them in oil until golden and crispy.
  • STEP 3.To assemble the chaat, place the tikkis on a plate. Top them with tamarind chutney, mint chutney, yogurt, chopped onions, and sev.
  • STEP 4.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and sprinkle some chaat masala on top.
