Potato Sandwich also known as Aloo sandwich is an Indian sandwich variety with a spiced potato filling. There are numerous ways to make them. Some use green chutney while some use tomato ketchup as a sandwich spread.
1/2 tbsp Jira powder,sandal salt, chilli powder according to teste
1/2 Tbsp Chili powder
1/2 Tsp Chili powder
As Required Black paper powder
Directions: Aloo Sandwich Recipe
STEP 1.firstly, in a large mixing bowl take 2 boiled and mashed potato, 2 tbsp onion.
STEP 2.also add chilli powder, 1 tsp chaat masala and salt two test.
STEP 3.combine well making sure all the ingredients are mixed well.
STEP 4.now take 2 slices of bread and spread 1 tbsp tomato sauce and 1 tbsp green chutney and organo on each slice of bread.
STEP 5.spread a tbsp of prepared aloo masala over bread slice.
STEP 6.then sprinkle crushed black pepper.
STEP 7.cover with another slice of bread and press gently.
STEP 8.roast the sandwich with butter on both sides.
STEP 9.finally, cut the bread in half and serve spicy aloo sandwich.
