Ingredients for Aloo pyaj paratha Recipe

  • 500 gm Boiled Potatoes
  • 2 g piece green chilli
  • 10 gm Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 g Tea spoon garam masala
  • 1/2 g tea spoon chaat masala
  • 1/2 g tea spoon ajwain seeds
  • 2 As Required piece onion
  • 1/2 g Tea spoon kasuri methi
  • 1 kg Aata
  • 100 g Oil or ghee

  • STEP 1.Mix salt, atta, ajwain all together and knead a dough let it for rest .. Boil potatoes and peel them. In the potatoes mix all the spices. Take
  • STEP 2.A small size dough. Tuc it and potato masala in it now make it flat and roll it with a rolling pin and bake it from two sides and greese it with ghee or refined oil.
  • STEP 3.Serve hot with sauce, chatani, pickles, curd as your choice..
