Ingredients for Aloo Pyaaz ki Sabzi Recipe

  • 1.50 Pieces Boiled Potatoes
  • 1 Pieces Onions sliced
  • 1.50 Pieces reen chillies
  • As Required Few curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  • A Pinch Pinch of hing
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 0.13 tsp Garam masala

Directions: Aloo Pyaaz Ki Sabzi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take boiled and cooled potatoes.
  • STEP 2.Cut into cubes.
  • STEP 3.Slice the onions and keep.
  • STEP 4.Take a pan and add oil and add hing, mustard seeds, green chillies, curry leaves and saute for a min.
  • STEP 5.Add sliced onions and saute for 2 mins.
  • STEP 6.Add chopped boiled potatoes, salt, haldi powder, garam masala and mix well.
  • STEP 7.Cover and cook on low flame for 5-7 mins.
  • STEP 8.Serve hot with chapati..
