Ingredients for Aloo Peels fry Recipe

  • 0.67 nos potatoes peels
  • 0.17 tsp turmeric powder
  • 0.67 nos Finely chopped green chilli
  • 0.33 tsp poppy seeds
  • 0.33 tsp Maida
  • 0.33 tsp Rice Flour
  • 0.33 tsp mustard oil
  • As required To taste salt
  • As required Oil for deep frying

Directions: Aloo Peels Fry Recipe

  • STEP 1.First wash the potatoes nicely then peel off with the peeler, peel them slightly thicker than normal. And wash again plenty of water to remove excess starch.
  • STEP 2.Take a bowl add potatoes peels, salt, turmeric powder, poppy seeds, green chilli chopped, mustard oil, rice flour, maida and mix well and set aside for 15 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a kadai add peels mixture and deep fry in medium heat until it becomes golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 4.Now sprinkle some chaat masala and serve hot with tomato sauce.
  • STEP 5.In Bengali Style serve with dal rice also.
