  • 0.67 Pieces Potatoes
  • 0.17 cup Peas
  • as required Oil
  • 0.17 tsp Cumin
  • 0.17 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.67 tsp Coriander powder
  • 0.08 tsp Red chili powder
  • 0.67 g reen chilies
  • 0.08 tsp Garam masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.33 tsp Coriander leaves
  • 0.08 teaspoon Hing

Directions: Aloo Patta Gobi Matar Sabzi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Prepare cabbage and potato slices.
  • STEP 2.Heat the oil. Add cumin, turmeric powder, green chili hing and coriander powder and fry.
  • STEP 3.Add potatoes, peas, cabbage, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt and fry till soft. Aloo gobi sabzi is ready.
  • STEP 4.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with roti/puri/paratha.
