Ingredients for Aloo paratha Recipe

  • As required For Dough
  • 1.13 cups whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
  • 1 tbsp Besan atta
  • 1/4 tsp Ajwain
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • As required salt to taste
  • As required For stuffing
  • 1.25 cups Boiled
  • As required Peeled and mashed potatoes
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1/2 tbsp Finely chopped green chillies
  • As required salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
  • 1/2 tsp dhaniya jeera powder
  • 0.13 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp chat masala
  • 1/4 tsp chilli powder
  • 0-1/2 nos chopped mint leaves
  • 0.13 tsp Ajwain

Directions: Aloo Paratha Recipe

  • STEP 1.Combine the whole wheat flour,besan,ajwain, ghee and well. It in a bowl and mix
  • STEP 2.Add enough water and knead into a semi-stiff dough. Keep aside.
  • STEP 3.Take bowl add mashed potatoes. Add all the ingredients of stuffing in potato. Mix well
  • STEP 4.Stuffing is ready keep it aside. Roll the paratha. Cook paratha golden brown from both the side. Serve it with butter
