  • STEP 2.Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
  • STEP 3.In a bowl, mix together mashed potatoes, crumbled paneer, chopped onions, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
