  • 1/4 cup Green Peas
  • 1/2 Small Onion
  • 1 Green Chilies
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander Leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • as per your need Oil Or Ghee

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, green peas, finely chopped onions, green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves, and spices.
  • STEP 2.Divide the dough into small balls and roll out each ball into a small circle.
  • STEP 3.Place a spoonful of the potato filling in the center of the circle and bring the edges together to seal the filling.
  • STEP 4.Gently roll out the stuffed dough into a paratha, making sure the filling is evenly distributed.
  • STEP 5.Heat a tawa or griddle and cook the paratha on medium heat until golden brown spots appear on both sides.
  • STEP 6.Serve hot with yogurt, pickle, or chutney.
