  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala

  • 4 Bread Slices

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Boil and mash the potatoes, then heat oil in a pan.
  • STEP 2.Add cumin seeds, chopped onions, and green chilies to the pan and sauté until onions turn translucent.
  • STEP 3.Add mashed potatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 4.Take bread slices and spread the potato mixture evenly on one side of each slice.
  • STEP 5.Heat a tawa or griddle and place the bread slices with the potato side facing down. Toast until the bread turns crispy and golden brown.
  • STEP 6.Flip the slices and toast the other side as well.
