Ingredients for Aloo ki sabji Recipe

  • 2 nos boiled potatoes
  • As required Medium sized
  • 1/2 tsp Jeera
  • As required Butter / ghee / refined oil
  • As required Salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1.50 nos green chilli
  • As required Sliced
  • As required Coriander leaves chopped for garnish

Directions: Aloo Ki Sabji Recipe

  • STEP 1.Pour ghee in a pan and heat for half minute. Then on a high flame, add jeera.
  • STEP 2.Once jeera starts becoming brown, add green chilli and let it roast.
  • STEP 3.Add aloo, toss for 4 minutes. Again on a medium flame.
  • STEP 4.Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala. Mix well.
  • STEP 5.Let it roast for 5 to 7 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • STEP 6.Serve hot with dal rice or chapatis.
