Ingredients for Aloo ki sabji Recipe

  • 2 nos Boil aloo
  • 1/2 tbsp Oil
  • As required Half tsp rai
  • As required Half tsp jeera
  • As required Half tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 nos Onion medium sized finely chopped
  • 2 nos Tomatoes medium sized grinded
  • 1/2 nos green chilli
  • As required salt to taste
  • As required Half tsp haldi
  • As required Half tsp red chilli powder
  • As required Half tsp Dhaniya Powder
  • 1 tsp Finely chopped corainder
  • 4.50 nos to kadipatta leaves

Directions: Aloo Ki Sabji Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take pan add oil ,when heat add rai and jeera .
  • STEP 2.When start crackling add ginger garlic paste. .
  • STEP 3.When turn brown add kadipatta leaves mix nicely..
  • STEP 4.Now add onions when colour changes add tomatoes grinded with green chilli add all sukha masala mix nicely when oil leaves from sides add aloo and mix properly...
  • STEP 5.Now cover the pan and cook for 10 min on sim gas..
  • STEP 6.After 10 min off gas. Sprinkle coriander and remove in bowl and serve with roti or parathas..
