STEP 1.First boil cauliflower on high flame with water, turmeric & salt. After, soak basmati rice with water 30 mins. After boiling cauliflower, strain d water, add chilli powder in it. Let sit it 15 mins. Then, boil d basmati rice with water on high flame, strain d water, clean d rice in cool water, dry it. Finally, take d pan, heat it on medium flame, add butter, whole spices, ginger garlic paste, onions, green chillies, potato, fry it & saute it well, then add water, boil it.
STEP 2.Then, add boiled cauliflower, garam masala mix it well. Finally add boiled rice, mix it well & cook it 5 mins on low flame. Then switch off d flame. Serve it. It's really superb taste πππ. Enjoy itπβ₯οΈ.
