  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, cloves, and cinnamon stick. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions and saute until they turn golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft.
  • STEP 5.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 6.Add chopped potatoes and cauliflower. Mix gently to coat them with the spices.
  • STEP 7.Cover the pan and cook on low heat until the vegetables are tender.
