Recipe notes -
1. Grind boiled potatoes by adding 1 cup of water.
2. After adding mixing ingredients... the consistency of the batter should be watery.
STEP 2.In a mixer jar add chopped and boiled potatoes.
STEP 3.Add water little by little and grind it to a smooth batter.
STEP 4.Remove this potato batter in a bowl.
STEP 5.Method for mixing -
STEP 6.Add rice flour, suji and salt in potato batter. Mix well.
STEP 7.Add 5 cup water little by little and mix. Mix to a smooth lump free batter. Consistency of the batter is watery.
STEP 8.Add onion, green chilli, coriander leaves and cumin seeds. Mix everything well. Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
STEP 9.After 10 minutes check the consistency. It should be watery. Add little more water if required. Potato dosa batter is ready.
STEP 10.Heat tawa/ griddle until fully hot. Pour batter on it. Drizzle oil on it. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes or until it turns golden.
STEP 11.Change the side and cook for few more minutes.
STEP 12.Potato dosa is ready. Fold it. Place it on the serving plate.
STEP 13.Serve hot with sambar and chutney.
