STEP 1.Boil the potatoes properly with turmeric and salt . Smash them properly .Keep aside. In a pan heat mustard oil. Add black cumin . Add dry chillies. Give them a good mix with the oil. Add onion slices. Lastly add smashed potatoes in it. Serve with hot rice.
