Ingredients for Aloo chokha Recipe

  • 2 Pieces Medium sized potato
  • As Required Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Mustard oil
  • 2 Packet Dry chillies
  • 1 Pieces piece medium sized onion
  • 2 Pieces Garlic
  • 1 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 Tsp Black Cumin

Directions: Aloo Chokha Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil the potatoes properly with turmeric and salt . Smash them properly .Keep aside. In a pan heat mustard oil. Add black cumin . Add dry chillies. Give them a good mix with the oil. Add onion slices. Lastly add smashed potatoes in it. Serve with hot rice.
