  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, grated cheese, chopped green chilies, chopped coriander leaves, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Knead the dough by combining wheat flour, salt, and water. Divide the dough into small balls.
  • STEP 3.Take a dough ball, flatten it, and place a spoonful of the potato-cheese mixture in the center. Bring the edges together and seal the stuffing inside. Roll it out into a paratha.
