  • 1/2 tablespoon Chopped Coriander Leaves

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Boil the potatoes until they are tender. Peel and chop them into small cubes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add the chopped potatoes to the pan and mix well. Sprinkle chaat masala, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Toss everything together.
  • STEP 4.Remove from heat and transfer the aloo chaat to a serving plate. Drizzle tamarind chutney, mint chutney, and yogurt over the chaat.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and sev. Serve immediately and enjoy the tangy and spicy flavors of aloo chaat.
