Ingredients for Aloo 65 Recipe

  • 125 g rms Aloo
  • 0.13 Cup maida
  • 1/4 Tbsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 1 Tbsp chopped garlic
  • 2 Cups dry red chillies
  • 1 g reen chillies
  • 1/2 Tbsp chopped onion
  • 1/2 Tsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 Tsp jeera powder
  • 1/2 Tsp red chilli powder
  • 0.13 Tsp salt
  • 1/4 Tsp garam masala
  • 1/4 Cup cuo curd

Directions: Aloo 65 Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a potatoes pill it cut into dieces shape.
  • STEP 2.Take a bowl add maida, salt , water mixed all ing make a batter.
  • STEP 3.Take a pan add oil
  • STEP 4.Now take a potatoe deep in batter and deep fry till light golden brown.
  • STEP 5.Keep aside.
  • STEP 6.Take a pan add oil
  • STEP 7.Add chopped garlic , add green chillies, dry chilles
  • STEP 8.Add chopped onion cooked till aroma comes.
  • STEP 9.Add curry leaves .
  • STEP 10.Add coriander powder, jeera powder , red chilli powder
  • STEP 11.Salt to taste .
  • STEP 12.Add garam masala.
  • STEP 13.Add curd
  • STEP 14.Mixed all the ing
  • STEP 15.Add aloo mixed it and served it
