STEP 1.Soak the almonds, cashews and dates separately overnight.
STEP 2.Rinse the ingredients and put them in the grinder, simultaneously put the water on a slow flame in a large pan to boil.
STEP 3.Grind very finely reducing them to a fluffy paste; also use water if required in small quantity.
STEP 4.After grinding add the paste slowly to the boiling water.
STEP 5.Keep stirring continuously to avoid the paste settling down.
STEP 6.Add your preferred spice and continue to stir till milk reduces and gets a creamy consistency.
