  • 10 gram Dark chocolate, chopped
  • 240 milliliter Almond milk
  • 1.50 tablespoon Raw cacao powder check for gluten free if needed
  • 3 tablespoon Rolled oats check the brand for gluten free if required
  • 1/2 Ripe medium sized banana
  • 8 Almonds
  • 1 teaspoon Chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Maca powder optional
  • 15 gram Fresh coconut chunks
  • 6 tablespoon Lukewarm water
  • 1 teaspoon Freshly ground almonds i grind approx 10 almonds using the breville mill accessory, which gives 3 4 tsp of ground almonds
