  • 1/2 oil karchi
  • 1 tomatoes big roughly chopped
  • 1-1.50 Green chillies roughly chopped
  • 1/2 ginger tukra roughly chopped
  • As required Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sugar
  • 0.13 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/2 pinch hing
  • 0.13 teaspoon Dhaniya powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red chillie powder
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 0.13 cup Hung curd
  • As required coriander leaves chopped few required for garnishing also
