Ingredients for Air Mata Kucing Recipe

  • 1 Nos monk fruit
  • 35 gram longan dried
  • 1.50 liter Water
  • 25 gram rock sugar
  • 300 gram winter melon

Directions: Air Mata Kucing Recipe

  • STEP 1.boil crushed monk fruit and dried longan in a pot of water and let it boil
  • STEP 2.Now add shredded winter melon strips and rock sugar and again bring it to a boil. Then cook it at low flame for 20 mins.
  • STEP 3.Serve warm or with ice cubes and it is best if served after an hour with enhanced flavours.
