STEP 1.Heat water in a pan and add salte to taste.
STEP 2.Add the spaghetti and let it boil.
STEP 3.Add 1/2 tbsp of olive oil to the boiling spaghetti.
STEP 4.Once cooked, separate the spaghetti and the pasta water.
STEP 5.In a pan, heat 2 tbsp of olive oil.
STEP 6.Add chopped garlic and fry till they are golden brown.
STEP 7.Next, add 1.5 tsp chilli flakes and cook for a couple of minutes.
STEP 8.Add 1/3 cups of cranberries and mix well.
STEP 9.Add the boiled spaghetti and adjust the salt and pepper.
STEP 10.Put 3 tbsp of pasta water and give it a stir.
STEP 11.Add 1 tbsp chopped parsley.
STEP 12.Finally, add 2 tbsp of parmesan. Cook for a minute and take the pasta off heat.
STEP 13.Garnish with cranberries, parsley and parmesan.
