Ingredients for African Peanut Sweet Potato Stew Recipe
0.13 can Diced Tomatoes, Undrained
0.13 cup Fresh cilantro leaves
0.06 cup Chunky peanut butter
0.38 Garlic cloves, halved
1/4 teaspoon Ground Cumin
0.13 teaspoon Salt
0.06 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
0.03 teaspoon Smoked paprika
0.38 pound Sweet potatoes , peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces
0.13 can Chickpeas or garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
0.13 cup Water
1 cup Chopped fresh kale
As required Chopped peanuts and additional cilantro leaves, optional
