Soya chaap sticks are prepared by covering ice cream sticks with strips of a dough that is made with soybeans, soya chunks, and all-purpose/rice flour.
25 cashews, boiled for 5 minutes and ground to a fine paste
1 cup malai/fresh dairy cream, whisked by hand until smooth
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 tablespoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon hara dhania/cilantro, finely chopped
1 teaspoon pudina/mint, finely chopped
1 teaspoon sendha namak/rock salt or table salt
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
2 green chillies, finely chopped

STEP 1.Soak the glycine max chaap in water long. Within the morning, boil it for 5–7 minutes then wash it well underneath running water and eventually squeeze out the water.

STEP 2.Pull out the glycine max sticks and chop every chaap into three items. Set aside.

STEP 3.In a bowl, add the dahi and every one the ingredients except the cashew paste and contemporary cream. Whisk till they mix well.

STEP 4.Add the glycine max chaap items and blendwell, till they are coated everywhere with the marinade. Cowl and steep for half-hour.

STEP 5.Heat oil during a pan on medium heat.

STEP 8.Cook till the gravy thickens, stirring in between.
