  • 3.50 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 kilogram Mutton
  • 4 Kashmiri Red chillies
  • 4 stick Cinnamon
  • 7 Gralic ClovesGreen Cardamom
  • 2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 2 teaspoon Black Peppercorn
  • 5 Big Cardamom
  • 5 Green Cardamom
  • 7 Cloves
  • 2 inch Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 cup Basmati Rice
  • 1/4 cup Black Raisins
  • 1.50 cup Mutton Stock
  • As required Salt
  • As required Almonds

Directions: Afgani Mutton Pulao Recipe

  • STEP 1.Add water to the autoclave, alongside salt and mutton
  • STEP 2.Currently during a textile artefact add kashmiri red chillies, cinnamon sticks, garlic cloves, cumin seeds, black flavourer, huge cardamom, inexperienced cardamom, cloves, ginger

  • STEP 10.Stir the mixture properly and add sliced carrot thereto
  • STEP 11.Now, add soaked basmati rice over the mutton and stir it terribly gently
  • STEP 12.Add soaked black raisins to the pot, alongside mutton stock, salt
  • STEP 13.Cowl the pot with its lid and cook it over a coffee flame until the rice is deep-fried properly
  • STEP 14.Close up the flame, once the rice is deep-fried and with a people gently unharness the steam
  • STEP 15.Take it move into a plate and garnish it with some sliced almonds
