Paratha The most favorite breakfast of us Indians, Lachha Paratha is a variation of Paratha which is prepared in a different way. I have made Lachha Paratha with Spinach and given the taste of pickle which makes it even more delicious.

Ingredients for Achari lachha paratha Recipe

  • 1/2 Cups flour
  • 1/4 Cup spinach finely chopped
  • 1/2 Tbsp curd
  • 1/2 Tbsp pickle masala homemade or readymade
  • To Taste Salt
  • As Required hee or oil as required for making parathas

Directions: Achari Lachha Paratha Recipe

  • STEP 1.1...mix the spinach, curd, pickle masala, salt in the flour well and knead a soft dough (no need to add water due to spinach and curd, add water only if it is necessary at the time of kneading the dough)
  • STEP 2.2.. Now heat the tawa, make a flat ball of the dough and roll it into a circular shape, now apply ghee or oil in it, sprinkle a little flour, now do not cut it with a knife till the cut edge.
  • STEP 3.3..Now add it lengthwise and make it round like a dough and roll it again with a paratha and cook it pink on a hot tawa on medium flame by applying ghee or oil on both sides.
  • STEP 4.4. Cook all the balls in the same way and serve the delicious prepared parathas with hot chutney, curd or tea.
