  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seeds

  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Green Chilies, Slit
  • 1/2 tablespoon Achari Masala

  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Blanch the cauliflower florets in boiling water for a few minutes until they are slightly tender.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, and fennel seeds. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, and green chilies. Saute until the onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add the achari masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 5.Add the blanched cauliflower florets and cook for a few minutes until they are coated with the masala.
  • STEP 6.Cover the pan and cook on low heat for about 10-15 minutes until the cauliflower is cooked through.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.

Cooking Tips

  • Make sure to blanch the cauliflower florets just until they are slightly tender to retain their texture.
  • You can adjust the spice level by adding more or less red chili powder according to your preference.
  • For a richer flavor, you can also add a tablespoon of yogurt or cream to the masala.
