Ingredients for Aata burfi Recipe

  • 50 gm wheat flour
  • 25 nos Gm sugar
  • 25 nos gm ghee
  • 0-1/4 nos Cardamoms

Directions: Aata Burfi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat a pan and roast the flour in it till it's light golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Boil a separate vessel with 1/2 cup water and add the sugar and mix well till it boils and thickens....
  • STEP 3.Heat a kadhai and add the roasted flour and add ghee and powdered cardamom into it and mix well. Add the sugar syrup into the flour mix and keep mixing till a binded mixture is formed
  • STEP 4.Remove onto a plate and form a circle and press from top so that it binds well
  • STEP 5.Put this in the fridge to cool for 30 mins. Remove and cut into pieces of any shape you like.......
