STEP 1.Take sugar in a pan add 1/2glass water and boil make sugar syrup (chashni) Add saffron string stir well get nice yellow colour.
STEP 2.Now crumble homemade chhena and take in a mixie jar and churn. Add sugar syrup in a chhena churn again. And mix with hung curd.Add coursly grinded cardamom and mango pulp. Mix well. And put in freeze. Serve chilled Garnish with saffron and pistachio. Delicious Aamrakhand is ready to serve.
