#BPF It's a winter special jaggery sandesh recipe but instead of paneer I have used tofu & taste is just awesome.

Ingredients for Aampapad Jaggery Sandesh Recipe

  • 20 g Tofu
  • A Few Saffron
  • 5 g Liquid Date Palm Jaggery (known as Nolen Gur)
  • 0.30 Tsp Chopped walnuts
  • 1/10 Tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1 Pieces Aam papad sheets

Directions: Aampapad Jaggery Sandesh Recipe

  • STEP 1.❤️Heat a pan,add liquid jaggery, crumbled tofu, cardamom powder & roasted chopped walnuts.
  • STEP 2.❤️Soak 4 to 5 saffron strings in 3 tspn hot soya milk (you can use any milk or hot water) & mix it to the sandesh mixture.
  • STEP 3.❤️Stir it constantly to avoid burning.When it will start to leave the sides of the pan, switch off the flame.
  • STEP 4.❤️Make it cool for few minutes & then mash it well .
  • STEP 5.❤️Take out some aam papad sheets from the bar.Put 1tspn sandesh mixture inside it & wrap it well.
  • STEP 6.❤️Sprinkle some saffron string & put 1 clove on the top of the sandesh.
  • STEP 7.❤️Keep it in fridge for half an hour & then serve.
