Ingredients for Aam Ras Recipe

  • 1 g piece alphonso/hapus mango
  • 0.08 g raw mango
  • 0.67 tbsp Sugar
  • 0.17 inch Pinch of cardamom powder
  • 0.17 inch Pinch of dalchini powder
  • 0.17 inch Pinch of black salt
  • 0.33 cup water
  • Handful Some crushed almonds and cashew nuts

Directions: Aam Ras Recipe

  • STEP 1.1- First peeled the mangoes and chopped it finely.

  • STEP 2.2-Then take a mixer jar and pour chopped mangoes ,chopped raw mango, sugar,salt , cardamom powder, dalchini powder , and water .

  • STEP 3.3- Blend nicely once or twice in mixer blender.

  • STEP 4.4-Then turn it in serving bowl ,garnish with dryfruits and keep inside the freeze for two hours. 5- After two hours it's ready for serve. 💖
