Ingredients for Aam Panna Recipe

  • 1 Cup Raw mangoes
  • 1.50 tbsp Jeggery
  • 1/4 tsp Roasted cumin powder
  • 0.13 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp Black salt
  • A Few Mint leaves
  • To Taste Salt
  • As Required water

Directions: Aam Panna Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash & Peel off raw Mango skin and chop into big cubes. Pressure cook it for 3 whistle adding some water to it.
  • STEP 2.Now in boiled mangoes add salt, jeggery, Cumin powder, black salt, black pepper powder and without adding water make paste of it. You can store this paste into fridge for few days in an air tight container.
  • STEP 3.For making aam panna, take 4 tbsp of prepared aam paste. Add mint leaves and required water and blend it well. Delicious aam panna is ready to serve.
