Ingredients for Aam Achari Chicken Butterfly Recipe
66.67 grams Boneless chicken
1/2 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
0.33 tsp Black pepper powder
0.33 tsp Red chilli powder
0.33 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
0.33 tsp Soya sauce
0.17 tbsp Red chilli sauce
0.17 tsp Lemon juice
1/2 tbsp aam achar
1 tbsp Cornflour
1 tbsp All purpose flour
0.67 pieces Potatos
5 pieces Toothpick
0.33 cup Vegetable oil
0.17 tbsp Mustard oil
0.33 tsp Salt
Directions: Aam Achari Chicken Butterfly Recipe
STEP 1.Take the chicken and cut into 1 inch pieces.In a bowl ,take the chicken pieces.Now add lemon juice,ginger-garlic paste,Mustard oil,salt according to taste,soya sauce,red chilli powder,kashmiri red chilli powder,black pepper powder,chilli sauce and Aam achar.Mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes.
STEP 2.After 10 minutes add corn flour and all purpose flour.Mix well.Now keep in fridge for 2 hours.Now the potatoes and cut into slices.
STEP 3.After 2 hours skew the chicken pieces in the center of the potato slices.Now bend the potato slices and insert a toothpick.Now make all the chicken butterflies with same method.Now heat vegetable oil on high flame.Turn flame medium once it is hat enough.Now deep fry the chicken butterflies on medium flame.After frying strain and transfer on a tissue paper.Now sprinkle chat masala and serve with any kind of chutney.
