Onion

Tomato
1/2 teaspoon
Salt
1/4 teaspoon
Red chilli powder
1/4 teaspoon
Garam masala
1/4 teaspoon
Coriander powder
1/4 teaspoon
Turmeric powder
as required
Oil
Directions: Aalu Curry Recipe
STEP 1.
Take a kadai. Add oil in it.
STEP 2.
Add onions and saute for 5 min.
STEP 3.
Add tomato and saute for 5 min.
STEP 4.
Add all spices and mix well
STEP 5.
Add boiled potato and mix well
STEP 6.
Add 2 glass of water.
STEP 7.
When it boiles, switch off the flame.
STEP 8.
