If theres one thing weve always been skeptical of, its that a salad is hearty enough for dinner. Then this recipe came into our lives and, folks, were changing our tune (mostly because wimpy lettuce isn't the main ingredient).

1/4 tablespoon Olive oil
1/4 Lime, Zested And Juiced
1/2 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Basil

1/4 Head red leaf lettuce, roughly torn
1/2 Heads endive, leaves separated
1/2 Heads radicchio, shredded
1 Cooked chicken breasts, thinly sliced
2.63 cup Snap Peas
0.19 cup Crumbled Goat Cheese
