  • 1/5 stalk Lemongrass
  • 0.40 Red Chilies
  • 80 milliliter Coconut Milk
  • 40 milliliter Water
  • 1/5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/5 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/5 teaspoon Tamarind Paste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a pan, heat oil and saut茅 onions, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
  • STEP 2.Add the jackfruit and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 3.In a blender, blend together shallots, turmeric, galangal, lemongrass, and chili to make a paste.
  • STEP 4.Add the paste to the pan and cook until fragrant.
  • STEP 5.Add coconut milk, water, and spices. Mix well.
  • STEP 6.Cover the pan and simmer for about 30 minutes or until the jackfruit is tender.
