  • 12.50 milliliter Tamarind paste or tamarind water
  • 1/4 teaspoon Jaggery or soft brown sugar
  • 100 gram Cleaned squid, cut into rings
  • 1/4 Small tomato, chopped
  • As required Handful fresh coriander leaves, chopped
