  • 1 cup milk I like to use 2% or canned coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon white truffle oil
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • pinch crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1.50 cup Milk
  • 1.50 cup Water
  • 1 cup Polenta
  • 2 tablespoon butter or coconut oil
  • As required salt and pepper
