On mother's day i cooked a lunch for my mom and granny, 3 spice potato stir fry was one of them for the mother's day treat. My grandpa had a special love of "bataka"(aloo in gujarati) and on dialy basis wanted to savor potato in his "thali" or "tiffin". My granny used to make various version of "aloo" and this recipe was grandpa's favorite.
