As required For Dosa
As required Samak rice soaked (barnyard millet) soaked- ½ cup
1 tbsp Sabudana soaked (sago)-
0-0.33 tbsp Singhada atta (water chestnut)-
As required Ginger- ½ inch
0.33 inch Green chili- ½&
0.67 tbsp Curd (dahi)- ½
As required Sendha namak to taste
As required Black pepper- ½ tsp
As required Water
As required Oil- ¼ cup
As required For Dosa Filling
0.67 nos Boil potato-
As required Cumin seeds- ½ tsp
0.33 tsp Green chili and ginger crushed- ½
0-0.33 nos Curry leaves- leaves
0.33 tbsp coriander chopped-
As required Black pepper- ½ tsp
0.67 tbsp Peanut roasted & crushed-
0.33 tbsp oil-
As required Sendha namak to taste
As required For Coconut Chutney
As required Fresh or desiccated coconut- ¼ cup
0.67 tbsp Crud or yogurt-
As required Cumin seeds- ¼ tsp
0.33 nos Green chili-
0.33 tbsp Coriander with stem-
As required Sendha namak to taste
As required Oil- ½ tsp

Directions: Vrat Dosa With Coconut Chutney Recipe
STEP 1.For dosa & filling
STEP 2.Soak samak rice (barnyard millet) and sabudana (sago) for 1 hour.
STEP 3.Drain water and grind the above ingredients and add curd in it to grind once again.
STEP 4.And keep aside. Now peel, boil potatoes and mash them, heat pan add oil then cumin seeds let them splutter. Now add roasted and crushed peanuts, chopped green chili, curry leaves, roast for a few seconds and add mash potato in it stir and add sendha namak, black pepper and coriander stir set aside.
STEP 5.For dosa batter
STEP 6.In a grinder jar add samak rice, sabudana, ginger and green chili, grind it and also add curd and grind one more time now pour in a bowl and set aside. Add singhada atta, sendha namak, black pepper and 3 tbsp of water set batter consistency like dosa batter. Heat non-stick tawa, grease it with oil and pour dosa batter and cook until light brown in color. Now flip and cook it again. Flip and stuff it with potato filling. Close it.
STEP 7.For coconut chutney
STEP 8.In a grinder jar add coconut, coriander, green chili, curd and sendha namak. And grind it now pour chutney in a serving bowl set aside.
